Revelation Behind the Mist

Wow, tonight is the most awesome weather ever. The mist when it’s nice and cold, and when you speak bellows of steam protrude from the human beak. I was chatting with my bro tonight in the road outside his place and cars would sometimes drive towards us, and you know when the light illuminates the mist? And when something stands in front of that illumination it forms scattered beams and rays of beautiful light and silhouettes of whatever object was in the way. Some of that happened and it was truly a life changing experience. So basically I had a bit of a break down tonight. My thoughts were really confused and life seemed hopeless you know? Praise Jesus for brothers tho. My bro sniffed the revolting stench of the lies that the enemy was speaking over my vulnerable mind and decide to have a DMC with me, hence the romantic road experience. I think I came to the conclusion that my private world is unordered. My bro led me to this conclusion as he had just realised it for himself and had read the book, “Ordering your private world”. I decided I need to create myself a timetable or diary of some sort where I learn the art of prioritization, setting times for the things I do. I feel as tho this is also an effective pathway to improving the Christian walk, coz if you think about it half the time our intimacy with God is inhibited by our tormented minds and business. So by God’s grace, I will be moving into order and putting an end to this chaos. Quiet times, prayer, the word, Work, fellowship.
Sorry if this was boring for you guys but its actually really exciting for me. Live life.

Life just got Scary!

Hey guys, I thought I failed my comp sci test that I wrote yesterday. But I got the marks back today and realised that I failed so badly that I would have to write about it. Im struggling to stay calm and Im feeling very vulnerable in this present hour of my life.
So basically Ive failed all 3 tests for comp sci this semester. Im kindof worried that Ive lost my DP requirements. If this is the case, i will not be writing my exams and therefore I will not have a 2nd major, therefore I cannot do honours next year, therefore my life is not perfect. Hence, vulnerability. So...
This is a call to all you christians who pray and converse with the one and only true GOD, mighty to save, abounding in grace, overflowing with mercy, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Creator of the Universe, Our Father, the all sufficient savior, our refuge, deliverer, shield, strength, sun, shepherd, and best Friend, my Jesus.......Please pray that I get to write these exams!!!!

Im so scared right now.

East London HP Conference

Good morning great and wonderful people. The day is fair? My hands are freezing off here in the labs coz Im sitting under an aircon.

Wow guys, this weekend and the conference was great. The funny thing is, I cant for the life of me remember what the conference name was. It was powerful however.

Bob Perry, is just so inspiring... all you need to do is watch him pray or do anything really and you want to get face down and pray. Most of you would have seen such things on Sunday night. What a privilege it was to go and see him in action at home.

So basically, the one thing I wanted to get out of the conference was a greater passion for prayer and a hands on impartation from old Bob himself. And praise Jesus I got it all. The whole weekend they just taught us new ways of worship and new ways of prayer and intercession, just leading us into intimacy with Jesus. A really great thing I learnt was praying and worshiping from Revelation is so powerful. I also learnt thats Jesus, our Father, is just so willing and keen to get initimate with us, how important this intimacy really is and the primary vehicle to such an intimacy is prayer.
On the last night, Saturday, I wasn't actually gonna go to the conference coz I needed to work but my mom rushed back to fetch me when she heard that they would be praying for us. It was so great, Bill Bennets prayed for me, some powerful prayers and then Bob Perry anointed me with oil and laid on hands for impartation. Amazing.

Im so stoked and so amped for prayer now. Im so keen to get together more often with my friends just to worship and push into God's presence. He's waiting, what we gonna do about it?
